MEET LEAH
From the Stage to Serenity:
My Journey to Ayurveda
For over two decades, I lived and breathed music as a professional musician. The fast-paced lifestyle eventually took its toll leading to stress, anxiety, muscle tension and digestive issues. Searching for relief, I stumbled upon transcendental meditation, which opened the door to the world of Maharishi Ayurveda.
The study and practice of Ayurveda became my pathway to healing. Through its ancient wisdom, I learned to balance my lifestyle, finding new rhythms in my daily routines. I learned to truly understand this body in which I have inhabited for 47 years, learning its needs and how to nourish and care for this body and mind with the principles of this ancient science to bring about perfect health. The transformation was profound. Stress melted away, my muscles relaxed and healed, and my digestive health flourished.
This journey sparked a passion within me to share this life-changing knowledge. I founded Simply Veda in 2021 to guide others on their wellness journeys. I have helped clients achieve their wellness goals on a myriad of health conditions including sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, migraines, hormonal imbalances, PCOS, hot flashes, digestive issues like chronic constipation, IBS, Crohn's disease, SIBO, Candida, hypothyroidism, GERD, weight loss challenges, brain fog, chronic fatigue syndrome, thyroglossal cysts, high blood pressure, psoriasis, addictions and many more.
There is power in knowledge. Ayurveda gives us a completely unique perspective on which to heal and restore balance naturally, without the use of harsh chemicals. It gives each person the powder to govern their own health long term, and who doesn’t want that.
Being a mother it is the perfect tool to teach children how to be self sufficient in all ways including and most importantly their own health and balance in life.
Let me guide you through the knowledge of this ancient wisdom to find the healing and serenity you truly seek.
With love,
Leah
